I will give your product as a gift, how will it be packaged?

Big items will be thoughtfully packaged in boxes, while jewelry will come in elegant suede pouches. Plus, all holiday orders will include a gift tag, making them perfectly ready for gifting!

How much is the delivery fee and the lead time for shipping?

Enjoy a flat rate of $9.95 for delivery within 3–5 business days. For larger items, such as bags, the shipping rate is $19.95, with the same estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, you can return it to us, and we’ll replace it with a brand-new item.
